Hi, my name is Sheryl Payseno Burley and I have lived in Western Washington all my life and in Sequim since 1992. I previously lived in Tacoma, Seattle, and Cathlamet (near Longview). My family made the move to Sequim because it's a great place to raise a family, the outdoor activities are abundant, and the school system is one of the best.

I started my real estate career 30+ years ago in 1995, including a year at a local title company, which gave me insight into the complex escrow process. As a result, I am better equipped to help you navigate the "ins and outs" of buying or selling your home. Real estate is not only my job, but my passion and hobby. I love what I do. When I'm not busy with real estate, I enjoy many of the wonderful outdoor activities the peninsula has to offer, including exploring trails, have walked out to the lighthouse, taking pictures, and one of my favorite things to do is to hang out with my grandkids - 4 of my 5 grandkids live right here in Sequim.
